Community Standards — Raa Chat

Raa Chat is a space for respectful communication. These standards are part of the Terms and apply to messages, photos, video, Stories, groups, voice rooms and account names.

Not allowed

• Violence, threats and blackmail, and incitement to harm any person or group.
• Hate and discrimination based on religion, sex, race, nationality or disability.
• Harassment, bullying, insults, defamation and harmful rumours.
• Explicit sexual or indecent content.
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation — absolutely prohibited. This includes posting, sharing or soliciting any child sexual abuse material, contacting a child for the purpose of sexual grooming, directing sexual talk at a child, presenting a child in a sexualised way, and child trafficking. No context or stated intent excuses it.
• Privacy violations: sharing or filming others' data, images or messages without permission.
• Fraud and scams, misleading messages, impersonation of people or brands, fake investments.
• Illegal goods and services — drugs, weapons, forged documents, gambling.
• Intellectual-property infringement.
• Spam: repeated mass messages, marketing without consent, malicious links, bots.

Child safety

Raa Chat is an adults-only (18+) service and we do not direct it to anyone younger. Even so, we act on any report of child sexual abuse or exploitation on the first report and to the fullest extent:

• The content is removed and the account is permanently closed, without prior warning.
• The matter is reported to the competent Egyptian authorities: the Child Helpline 16000 of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, and the Public Prosecution or the Ministry of Interior's Information Technology Department where a crime is involved. We preserve the data the report or investigation requires for as long as it requires.
• If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend it and erase its data; a guardian may request this.
• We have designated a child safety contact, reachable directly at info@datalifeai.com, with authority to review and enforce.

How to report and protect yourself

Tap a message or Story → Report and pick a reason, or Block the sender. Your blocked list is under Account. Reports are confidential; the reported person does not learn who reported.

What we do

• Warning and removal for minor violations.
• Temporary restriction (no sending / no joining rooms) for repeats.
• Permanent suspension for serious or repeated violations.
• Referral to authorities where there is a crime, imminent danger or exploitation of minors.

A person reviews every report and we tell you the action taken and why. To appeal write to info@datalifeai.com within 30 days.

Group and room admins

Group and room admins are responsible for moderating their space and may remove content and members. We may step in if a group breaches these standards.
