يحق لك في أي وقت ممارسة حقوقك على بياناتك لدى رع شات. بعض الحقوق تقدر تنفّذها بنفسك فورًا من التطبيق:

- نرسل لك تأكيد استلام فور وصول الطلب.
- نرد في أقصر وقت ممكن، وفي كل الأحوال خلال المدد التي يحددها القانون ولائحته التنفيذية.
- إن رفضنا الطلب كليًا أو جزئيًا نبيّن لك السبب القانوني.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations
You can exercise your rights over your data at any time. Several you can do instantly in the app:

Other requests (objection, restriction, questions, complaints)
Email info@datalifeai.com from the phone/email registered on your account (or quote it so we can verify you), stating the right, the scope and any helpful detail. We ask for ID only when necessary to verify you.
- We acknowledge receipt immediately.
- We reply as fast as possible and in any case within the periods set by the law and its Executive Regulations.
- If we refuse in whole or part we explain the legal reason.
- Exercising rights is free; we charge only genuine costs the law allows for repeated or excessive requests.
